Scholarship Details

Damillion was an exceptional student who was dedicated to his studies and achieved numerous accolades for his academic achievements.  In addition to his studies, Damillion was also involved in sports his entire life. He played all sports but, above all, had a love for basketball and cross country.

The Damillion Jaize Legacy Foundation scholarship will support Weld County High School students and award two $1000 scholarships in Damillion’s honor.  Awards will be given to individuals who have earned a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate the need for financial assistance in pursuit of furthering their education.  In addition to awarding scholarships based on GPA, we are looking for candidates  who share a passion for education, athletics and demonstrate a strong work ethic as Damillion did.

Scholarship awards are available for the graduating class of 2024 and may be used towards an accredited two or four year college university or technical school.  Funds can by used for tuition, books, fees or other costs directly related to the degree program of choice.

Funds will be paid directly to the school on behalf of the student at the start of their 1st semester of enrollment, which must take place within 1 year of application approval.
